To change the job you need to focus on the following points :

1. Try to stay at your current job while beginning the search for a new job :
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The search for a new job can take quite a while - by some measures, one month for each $10k in expected salary. If you´re looking for a well-paying job, that´s a lot of time to be out of work. If your job is truly horrendous and you can´t take it anymore, consider quitting. Otherwise, try to stick it out. Your wallet will thank you, as will your future employer: It´s easier to get a job if you already have a job, as you´re considered "employable."

2. Make sure that you´re unhappy for good reason :
---------------------------------------------------------------
It´s extremely tough to gauge whether your future job could be worse than your current one. The fact that you want to switch jobs should tip you off that you´re unhappy; just make sure you´re unhappy for good reason, not some unrealistic expectation of what the work world is like.

3. Start thinking about what kind of job you´d like to switch to :
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Are you merely switching jobs within the same sector, or are you switching careers? There´s a pretty big difference. Switching jobs in the same industry doesn´t require nearly as much planning and legwork as switching careers.
Imagine what you´d do if you had all the money in the world. What would you spend your time doing? Would you spend your time traveling and writing about the experience? Would you spend your days cooking? A lot of our most enjoyable pursuits don´t pay as well as the "lucrative" ones, but if you´re truly good at what you love to do, you probably stand to make a good deal of money and have fun doing it at the same time.

4. Build and grow your Professional Network :
------------------------------------------------------------
Make your resume concise that means first mention all the things that you can give to the organization. If it´s possible then try to put the all skills on the first page of your resume. After that you can put your educational agenda or personal information. Upload your resume on many job portal site like linkedin.com or naukri.com . To get the more attention update your resume on naukri.com daily. If you have nothing to update just make few changes like insert special symbol(, .) where it suits. next day remove it and save it. If you look any opportunity either on your email inbox or on a website, don´t be shy.
"Always try to contact via mobile or telephone number and schedule your interview. If you are a technical person then don´t need to talk in english while scheduling your interview and be comfortable. Companies have a lot of crowd of job seekers, and give the chance who grab it first, try to avoid communicate by email, fix your interview by mobile or telephone as soon as possible. If you are not able to find the recruiter´s contact no in your email, just click on the hob offer link mention in your email, a new page would be opened where you´d get the link view contact detail click it and find relevant information"

4. Attend the interview and be honest :
-----------------------------------------------
Attend the interview with positive energy. and don´t tell anything in the interview regarding organization fault directly. You can say that i am not getting the proper and challenging environment there, etc. If you get selected then join the new organization after notice-period of old one. and now tell your boss about your resignation.
